Links are provided to explanatory maneuver that is publicly available as well. You should know (from your provider) what type of BPPV you have -- PC, LC, AC, or perhaps mixed.

Below is a movie of the Epley Maneuver. This video shows it being done by a provider on a patient. It can also be done at home (see below). This animation is much faster than the actual timing -- each position should be held for at least 30 seconds, longer if the nystagmus continues more than 30 seconds. This is very important.
